Anita Iwugo

Anita Iwugo is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Ballys Interactive, where she leverages her background in psychology to shape inclusive workplace cultures. She is a Chartered Member of CIPD and was recognized as a WeAreTheCity Rising Star in 2021 for her impactful work in HR and recruitment.

Outside of her corporate role, Anita is deeply committed to social impact and community support. She is the co-founder of a social enterprise dedicated to providing essential resources and skills training to the homeless, reflecting her passion for creating positive change.
