Anona Dutton

Anona Dutton is the first-ever Chief Executive Officer at EKI Environment & Water, Inc. , an employee-owned environmental and water resources consulting firm. With over two decades of experience, she is a recognized expert in Californias Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA). A Stanford University graduate, she is also a certified Professional Geologist and Hydrogeologist. People who have worked with her describe her as knowledgeable, prompt, and responsible.

Outside of her professional work, Anona is a dedicated athlete with a passion for numerous outdoor activities, including running, mountain and road biking, rock climbing, swimming, and camping. She serves on the board of Aquaya, a non-profit focused on ensuring universal access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene, reflecting a deep commitment to global health.

Unique fact: Anona is a talented runner who once ran a half marathon in place of her sister-in-law and finished in the top 100, setting a new personal record for her.
