Arel Lidow

Arel Lidow is the Co-Founder of Cedar, where he sets the product vision to improve the patient financial experience in U. S. healthcare. A Princeton University graduate, he previously worked at Bridgewater Associates and was the VP of Product at AppNexus, where he received an honorary Founders Award.

Having an entrepreneurial mindset since high school, Arel is passionate about solving complex, "unsexy" problems that can create a massive social impact. He co-founded Cedar after his partner experienced a frustrating medical billing issue, motivating him to tackle systemic challenges in healthcare finance.

In high school, he created and sold programs for TI-83 calculators to help classmates solve math equations more easily.
