Outside of work, Ashley is deeply involved in her community, serving as the chairperson for Crossroads United Way and on the board for Friends of the Lerner. She is an avid Notre Dame football fan and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
She co-founded the American Supply Associations Women in Industry group in 2013 to help develop and promote women leaders.
