Barış Gümüştaş

Barış is the Director of Engineering at IDnow, with a history of leadership roles as VP and Head of Engineering at companies like Visable and Bonial. He holds a Masters Degree from Istanbul Technical University and specializes in building and scaling high-performing engineering teams and cutting-edge platforms.

He appears passionate about technology with a tangible impact, showing interest in mission-driven, early-stage companies, particularly those focused on areas like climate technology. He actively shares hiring opportunities to support his network and build out his own innovative teams.

He is currently building a new product engineering team from the ground up at IDnow in Berlin.
