Ben Guhin Delphine is a public sector leader focused on improving government services through human-centered design and technology. He has held key design and leadership roles at the U. S. Digital Service, Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. He holds a BA from Fordham University and also studied design at the California Institute for the Arts.
Ben has a history of launching civic innovation programs, such as Austins Design, Technology, and Innovation Fellows program, which brings private-sector specialists into government. He is passionate about using design to solve complex social challenges, from improving the COVID-19 testing experience to fostering collaboration between universities and city governments.
