Bill Peard

Bill Peard is a retired Deloitte partner with extensive experience in finance and auditing, currently serving as Chair for the Atlanta Historical Society. He is a CPA and an alumnus of Washington and Lee University. His career includes a partnership at Arthur Andersen & Co. , and he holds multiple board and committee chair positions.

Outside of his corporate roles, Bill has a profound passion for historic preservation. Alongside his wife, he has personally restored five homes in Georgia. He is a long-serving board member and former Chairman of The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, actively promoting awareness and community initiatives in the field.

He was the primary proponent of The Georgia Trusts West Atlanta Preservation Initiative, a significant community project.
