A University of Connecticut graduate, he has been with the firm for over two decades, focusing on retirement consulting for the middle market and spearheading significant national expansion through organic growth and acquisitions.
Originally from Connecticut, Bill pursued a career in actuarial science, a natural fit for his math acumen growing up in the "Insurance Capital of the World. " He values the external consulting aspect of his role, which allows him to meet clients nationwide and avoid being constantly chained to a desk.
He has led USI Consulting Group through its fastest-ever expansion of its sales consulting force.
