Bina Kotecha is the Deputy Chief Officer for Culture, OD, and Inclusion at the NHS LLR Integrated Care Board, responsible for two systems in the East Midlands. With a background in social care from Blackburn College, she is an experienced leader focused on developing inclusive cultures and driving organizational improvement within healthcare.
Bina is deeply passionate about social equity and creating opportunities for underserved individuals. She actively champions programs supporting care-experienced people and is a vocal advocate for anti-racism, encouraging colleagues to be active bystanders against unacceptable behavior in the workplace.
