Outside of his direct technical responsibilities, Björn shows a keen interest in the broader implications of artificial intelligence. He follows the intersection of the ongoing AI revolution and its application in geopolitical contexts, demonstrating an awareness of technologys global impact.
He has led the core machine learning efforts for three of the worlds most recognized AI products: Amazon Alexa, Apple Siri, and the Waymo Driver.
