Brenda Frismanis

Brenda Frismanis is a dedicated Executive Assistant at 3M, where she has also served as a Legal Administrative Assistant. Her professional background is rooted in administrative support, with prior experience at the law firm Faegre Baker Daniels LLP. She earned her Associates Degree from Century College.

Brenda is focused on personal health and wellness, having participated in 3Ms Healthy Living program. She successfully trained for and completed a 5k run, an item that was on her bucket list, and became a wellness champion within the company to support her colleagues.

She once participated in pro bono legal service initiatives through 3Ms Legal Affairs department, volunteering her time to support community legal needs.
