Brian Dow

Brian Dow, CEO and Co-founder of Amperesand, is a leader in transforming power delivery for AI data centers. His career includes directing major energy storage and EV projects at Tesla and serving as Senior VP of Engineering at Generac. He holds a Bachelors degree from Norwich University.

Brian maintains a keen interest in the intersection of public and private sector innovation. He follows developments from national research bodies like the Oak Ridge National Laboratory and state-level organizations such as the New Hampshire Department of Business & Economic Affairs.

While at Tesla, he led a 14-day overhaul of the Model 3 battery production line, which doubled its throughput and was critical to the companys scaling.
