His expertise lies in driving digital and operational model transformations, notably as the former Chief Digital Officer for Judo Bank and Latitude Financial Services. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia.
He led the creation of the multi-award-winning CommBank mobile app from its inception, which was one of the first in the world to launch "tap-and-go" functionality.
