Candis Jones

Candis is a human and social services strategist specializing in child welfare as the Director of Intensive Technical Assistance at the National Adoption Association. With Masters degrees in Psychology and Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and a Prosci® certification, she is an expert in implementing evidence-based practices to improve outcomes for children and families.

For more than half of her adult life, Candis has dedicated herself to advocating for adolescents, not just professionally but also within her community. She is passionate about amplifying youth voices and creating safe, trusting spaces where young people can achieve their full potential and embrace their true selves.

She is a firm believer that real, sustainable change happens only when it is led by the people who need it the most.
