Carlie Irsay-Gordon is the Owner and CEO of the Indianapolis Colts, representing the third generation of her familys leadership. She is deeply involved in all aspects of the organization and serves on several NFL committees, including Media and Equity. She earned her bachelors degree from Skidmore College in religious studies and geoscience.
Outside of football, Carlie is a prominent advocate for mental health, co-creating the Colts "Kicking The Stigma" initiative to raise awareness and funds for mental health treatment. She resides in Indianapolis with her husband, Zach, and their three children, and serves on the board of her alma mater, Park Tudor School.
She was a competitive equestrian rider until the age of 20.
