Carlin Yoder

Carlin Yoder is a political strategist and government relations expert, currently serving as a State Director for the Donald J. Trump 2024 campaign. A former Indiana State Senator and founder of Cardinal Consulting, he has extensive experience in lobbying and legislative processes. He holds an MBA from Grace College & Seminary.

Outside of politics, Carlin is a family man who resides in Indianapolis with his wife, Jayme, with whom he shares five children. Together, they own The Music and Dance Academies in Northern Indiana. He also has a keen interest in motorsports, highlighted by his involvement with the Indiana Auto Sports Association.

While chairing the Senates Child Services Oversight Committee, he and his wife were also personally going through the process of adopting a child from the same state agency.
