Carolyn Cranwell is the Founder and Executive Director of the Global Psychometric Institute. A resilience expert and author, she collaborated with the University of Cambridge to develop the Cranwell-Cambridge Resilience Test™. Her work, which helps organizations build stronger teams, is informed by her background as a lawyer with a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Her professional mission is deeply rooted in her personal life. For 18 years, Carolyn was the primary carer for her late husband, who had Younger Onset Alzheimers. This experience inspired her to write her first book, "Navigating Alzheimers, " and to become a passionate advocate for other carers facing similar challenges.
Prior to her work in psychometrics, Carolyn had a diverse career as a government Ministerial Adviser and a Strategic Security Adviser specializing in counter-terrorism.
