Chelsea Ferrebee

Chelsea Ferrebee is the Director of Dispute Processing at Webster Bank, where she has built her entire career, progressing through roles in operations, vendor management, and payment supervision. She leverages her expertise in financial regulations and operational efficiency to lead her department. Chelsea holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Hartford.

Outside of her core responsibilities, Chelsea is focused on continuous improvement, recently completing a certification in leading virtual meetings. She finds value in external perspectives and was thrilled to attend a motivational presentation by former astronaut Michael Massimino.

She has advanced from a coordinator role to a director-level position all within Webster Bank.
