A computer engineer with degrees from French universities, he is passionate about programming and well-engineered objects. He also co-authored a book on Google App Engine development and is recognized for creating usable, innovative products.
Outside of his main ventures, Daniels passion for performance and skill led him to create the Ultimate Typing Championship, a worldwide competition that celebrates fast and accurate typing as a legitimate esport. This initiative reflects his interest in turning a professional skill into a competitive and entertaining event.
To improve his own programming speed, he created the first Das Keyboard with completely blank keys, forcing himself to master touch-typing.
