Daniel Nye

Daniel Nye serves as the IT and Cyber Security Manager at Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd (SSTL), where he focuses on enhancing IT infrastructure and security. A graduate of Brunel University London and a Certified Ethical Hacker, he is dedicated to improving IT visibility and performance to better support the companys engineers and researchers.

Outside of work, Daniel maintains a strong connection to his alma mater, Brunel University, and recently celebrated his son enrolling there 25 years after his own graduation. His personal interests align with his professional world, including following organizations like NASA and the UK Ministry of Defence.

He is part of a proud Brunel University family, with his son following in his academic footsteps a quarter of a century later.
