Danny Cunningham

Danny Cunningham serves on the boards of WEC Energy Group and Enerpac Tool Group, chairing the audit committees for both. The former Chief Risk Officer of Deloitte & Touche brings deep expertise in financial reporting, enterprise risk management, and internal controls, supported by an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

Demonstrating a commitment to community and the arts, Danny previously served as Treasurer and Director for the Milwaukee Art Museum. He is an alumnus of both The Ohio State University, where he received his bachelors degree, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

He is designated an "audit committee financial expert" and applies this expertise as the Audit Committee Chair for two separate public companies.
