Deb St. Amant is the Elder in Residence at Queens Universitys Faculty of Education, drawing on a 30-year career as a French teacher. Outside of her academic role, Deb is a self-taught artist and a certified soccer coach. She co-founded the Kingston Indigenous Languages Nest and is learning Anishinaabemowin and Kanienkeha.
