Dionne Chingkoe

Dionne Chingkoe is a Managing Director at Insight Partners, where she helps scale high-growth software companies. She earned an honours degree in Finance and Sustainable Development from The University of British Columbia and previously worked at Google and Boston Consulting Group.

Dionne is a vocal supporter of diversity in venture capital, helping lead Insights 20/20 Vision Capital fund, which invests in underrepresented managers. A personal goal of hers is to have always traveled to more countries than her age.

In 2025, Private Equity International named her one of the "40 Under 40: Future Leaders of Private Equity, " a prestigious industry recognition.
