Dmitry Nedospasov is a hardware security expert and founder of Advanced Security Training and COMPUT3. AI. Holding a Ph. D. in IC Security from Technische Universität Berlin, he specializes in hardware reverse-engineering and integrated circuit analysis. He is renowned for developing unique hybrid hardware/software workflows and now explores the intersection of AI and security.
Originally from Russia, Dmitry grew up in the US before moving to Germany for his university studies. His passion for hardware began in high school with modding Xboxes. He is an active member of the German Chaos Computer Club (CCC), one of the worlds oldest hacker organizations.
He is widely known for his "wallet. fail" research, where he publicly demonstrated major vulnerabilities in popular cryptocurrency hardware wallets.
