A graduate of the University of Waterloos Mathematics program and a Chartered Accountant, he has over 25 years of experience, specializing in strategic acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate finance, completing over 100 transactions.
Outside of his professional life, Douglas is a dedicated family man with three children and ten grandchildren. He is actively involved in his church, enjoys mentoring men, and has a passion for global travel, having visited over 30 countries. He also enjoys life at home with his wife and six laying chickens.
