Erik Stephens is the CEO and Founder of NOVA Capital, a wealth management firm in Cincinnati. He is a Forbes "Best-In-State" honoree and a Cincinnati "Forty Under 40" recipient, specializing in advising tech professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs. He holds CFP® and RICP® designations and uniquely, a Bachelors degree in Biology and Pre-Med from Thomas More University.
Outside of work, Erik is a Cincinnati native and a former college basketball player for Michigan Tech and Thomas More University. His current interests include skiing, sand volleyball, basketball, and golf. He is an avid fan of Cincinnatis professional sports teams, including the Bengals and FC Cincinnati, and supports local community initiatives.
