Originally from Guadalajara, Fernando is an avid outdoorsman. He is passionate about kitesurfing in La Ventana, diving in Cabo Pulmo, and hiking in La Sierra. In his downtime, he also enjoys playing the guitar and traveling with his family, who have deep roots in the Los Cabos area.
He has a personal leadership philosophy called the "Triangle of Excellence," which focuses on equally prioritizing guests, team members, and owners.
