Fran Collins

She began as a dual-licensed Deck and Engineering cadet at 16, later becoming the first female Master at Condor Ferries. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director for Saga Cruises and is an Elder Brother of Trinity House.
Outside of her professional life, Fran is an avid equestrian with a passion for show jumping and other horse-related activities. She also enjoys clay pigeon shooting and cares for her "four-legged family" of horses, cats, and sheep. She actively participates in local charity fundraisers, such as running for the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.
She is a Group B reservist officer in the British Army.
