Gabriel Katz

Gabriel Katz serves as the Chief Legal Officer across the Tannenbaum Capital Group, including its affiliates Sunrise Realty Trust and Advanced Flower Capital. His expertise covers corporate governance, M&A, and finance, with prior experience leading the corporate legal team at the tech unicorn Magic Leap. He earned a JD from the University of Michigan Law School.

While at law school, he participated in a clinic that provided legal counsel to a startup developing a life-saving medical device called Hemafuse, helping the company come to life.

He has over 10 years of experience advising public and private companies on acquisitions, financings, and corporate governance matters.
