Outside of work, Gary is deeply invested in community causes. He serves as a Non-Executive Trustee for two charities: People Matters Leeds, which supports disadvantaged individuals, and Touchstone Support, which focuses on mental health. He also dedicates time to mentoring students in the Northeast.
