She co-founded Phab, a healthy snack company, and the gourmet ice-cream brand Huber & Holly. She holds a Masters in Human Nutrition from The University of Sheffield and has completed a Womens Leadership program at INSEAD.
Inspired by her mothers delicious and healthy homemade snacks, Gayatri developed a food philosophy centered on bridging the gap between taste and nutrition. She is a mother of two boys and enjoys speaking to students, aiming to inspire them with her journey and exchange of exciting ideas.
She founded her first health center, Valens, just six months after getting married in 2008.
