Greg Stowers Jr. is a civic leader serving as Chief Administrative Officer and Policy Director for the Indianapolis City-County Council. He focuses on policy, fiscal strategy, and stakeholder engagement to build equitable communities. He is a graduate of Indiana State University and the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series, and a Forty Under 40 honoree.
Outside of his government role, he is deeply involved in the community, serving on the boards of Indianapolis Indians Charities and the Mitch Daniels Leadership Foundation. He also directs #HashtagLunchbag, a food assistance group. In his free time, he enjoys golf and has a lifelong passion for basketball.
