Hank Sames is the fourth-generation leader of Sames Auto Group, the oldest auto dealership in Texas. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, he has led the company through significant expansion. Peers describe him as a caring individual, an excellent businessman, and a community leader.
Outside of work, he is an avid Harley Davidson enthusiast and enjoys hunting and wildlife photography. Along with his wife, Elizabeth, he is deeply committed to philanthropy, founding the Sames Scholars Program in 2002 to support first-generation college students at Texas A&M International University.
He has received numerous honors for his community involvement and business leadership, including being named Mr. South Texas and inducted into the Laredo Business Hall of Fame.
