HETAL SONPAL

Hetal Sonpal is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry at companies like Intel, Microsoft, and LinkedIn. He is currently a Visiting Faculty at various business schools, a PhD scholar at IIM Kozhikode, and an active angel investor in over 25 startups.

Outside of his professional life, Hetal is an accomplished endurance athlete, having completed numerous marathons and an IRONMAN triathlon. He is a voracious reader, often reading over 100 books a year, and hosts the "Courage Talks" podcast, which was inspired by his fathers biography that he authored.

Unique fact: Hetal completed an IRONMAN competition—a 3. 8 km swim, 180 km cycle, and 42. 2 km run—with a fractured wrist, all while managing a demanding job and his PhD coursework.
