Houston Mills is the President of Flight Operations at UPS, overseeing global activities for one of the worlds largest cargo carriers. A former U. S. Marine Corps F/A-18 fighter pilot with combat experience, he has held numerous leadership roles at UPS, including Director of Safety and International Chief Pilot. He holds a BA from Wabash College and an MBA from Webster University.
Outside of work, Houston is passionate about community service and mentorship, serving on the boards of the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation and the Lincoln Foundation. He is an active alumnus and newly elected Trustee for Wabash College, where he played basketball, and enjoys motivational speaking and coaching youth sports.
He considers his service in the U. S. Marine Corps and his career at UPS to be the two cornerstones of his professional life.
