Howard Jones

Howard Jones is the Director of Operations at GEICO in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area. He has built a long-tenured career with the company, demonstrating extensive experience in operational leadership within the insurance industry. He is a graduate of Indiana University Fort Wayne.

Outside of his professional role, Howard is deeply committed to community service. He is an active board member for the Greater Fort Wayne Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where he channels his passion for supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives within the local community.

He applies his leadership skills to both his corporate role and his non-profit work on the board of a local chamber of commerce.
