With a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, he oversees legal, government affairs, sustainability, and corporate partnerships, leveraging his extensive experience in M&A, governance, and regulatory affairs.
As the oldest of nine children, Hugh learned early on to be a good storyteller, a skill he applies in both the courtroom and the boardroom. He is a firm believer in stakeholder capitalism and serves on the boards of several organizations, including the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation and Partners in Food Solutions.
He is the Co-Chair of the ReadyNation CEO Early Life Task Force, which is focused on addressing the nations childcare crisis.
