Ian Lightley

Ian Lightley is the Chief Operating Officer at Livewell Southwest, where he leads the delivery of integrated community health and social care services. A qualified social worker since 2006, he has an extensive background in mental health, adult social care, and childrens services, and remains a registered professional.

Demonstrating his commitment to community wellbeing, Ian recently participated in a 13-mile run to raise money and awareness for mental health. He mentioned it was the furthest he had ever run and that he greatly enjoyed the experience and connecting with others for a meaningful cause.

Unique fact: Before rising to an executive operational role, Ian practiced as an Approved Mental Health Professional.
