A Certified Green Professional Building (GPRO) expert, he specializes in cost consulting, financial assessment, and loan monitoring for projects valued up to $250 million.
He founded Tolliver International, Canadas first majority-owned Black cost consulting and construction management company, driven by his background as a commercial construction loan analyst. Ian is also a descendant of the Mikmaq Indigenous people in Nova Scotia, American Black slaves, and the Jamaican Maroons.
