Jacquelyn Johnson is the Vice President of People & Culture for Volvo Financial Services in North America. An award-winning, results-driven leader with 30 years of experience, she specializes in fostering inclusive, high-performing cultures. People who have worked with her describe her as professional, honest, empathetic, and dedicated, noting her ability to balance company responsibilities with employee advocacy.

Outside of her corporate role, Jacquelyn is deeply committed to community service and empowerment. She is the founder and Executive Director of Beauty 4 Ashes International, a non-profit that mentors and coaches women. She has also been an active member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority for over 38 years, focused on legacy and leadership.

As a certified professional coach, she founded Breaking Point Coaching to help individuals overcome personal and professional barriers.
