Jay (Jayaprakash GC)

Jay is a Founder Director at Accrete Executive Search with three decades of experience in Bengaluru. He specializes in leadership advisory, gender diversity hiring, and appointing key leaders for major corporations. Colleagues and clients often describe him as professional, affable, and a highly reliable confidential sounding board.

Outside of work, Jay is a family man who enjoys long drives, watching cricket, and playing shuttle badminton. He and his wife are both Directors at Accrete, blending their professional and personal lives. His children are grown and live outside of India.

Jay was one of the earliest professionals to offer executive search consulting in Bengaluru, starting in 1992, and pioneered the “brain-gain” concept of recruiting Indian talent back to India.
