Jeroen Heijmans

Jeroen Heijmans is a specialist in food and nutrition, currently the owner of Culina Consilium. His career is rooted in healthcare, having served as Unit Manager for Patient Nutrition at Martini Ziekenhuis and Procurement Manager at Van Smaak, focusing on improving meal concepts and managing specialized diets.

Outside of work, Jeroen shows a clear passion for high-quality culinary experiences. He actively seeks out and appreciates fine dining, demonstrated by his interest in eating at the table of top local chefs in the Groningen area.

He co-developed the innovative "Smaakt Beter" food concept at Martini Ziekenhuis, shifting patients from three main meals to six smaller, protein-rich eating moments.
