Jessica Bickerton (Irvine)

Jessica Bickerton (Irvine) is the Chief Executive Officer at the Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services (PAVS), leveraging 30 years of experience from the government and private sectors. Her expertise lies in advocacy, funding, and building resilient communities. She holds an MA in Development Administration & Management from The University of Manchester.

Jessica is deeply passionate about her local Pembrokeshire community, celebrating the remarkable achievements of its young people and the vital role of volunteers. She previously had a distinguished career with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, and while she loves her current role, she sometimes misses the "buzz" of her former diplomatic life.

After a long career in international affairs, including crisis response for the Foreign Office, she transitioned to lead a local voluntary services organization in her home community.
