Jill Scarbro is the CEO of Bright Futures Learning Services and founder of CARES, organizations dedicated to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children. Inspired by her own childhood experience with a learning disability in southern West Virginia, Jill has dedicated her career to ensuring children and families have access to evidence-based services. She started her company in 2007, running a "school for one" out of her grandmothers kitchen.
