Jill Scarbro is the CEO of Bright Futures Learning Services and founder of CARES, organizations dedicated to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Masters from the University of North Texas, she was named the 2022 National Small Business Person of the Year.
Inspired by her own childhood experience with a learning disability in southern West Virginia, Jill has dedicated her career to ensuring children and families have access to evidence-based services. She is a passionate advocate for early intervention and works to enact policy change to increase access to care.
She started her company in 2007, running a "school for one" out of her grandmothers kitchen.
