Joey LeMay

Joey LeMay is the Senior Director of Operations at Simmons Foods, where he has built an extensive career progressing from a Programmer/Electrician to his current leadership role. He is an alumnus of Flint Hills Technical College with a degree in Applied Science and has managed capital projects valued between $50 and $75 million annually.

Deeply invested in his community, Joey serves on the Emporia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Emporia Manufacturing Committee. He maintains strong ties to his alma mater, having served as past president of the FHTC Industrial Engineering Technology Program Advisory Committee and delivered a commencement address.

In 2022, Joey was honored as the Distinguished Alumni of the Year by Flint Hills Technical College.
