José Rodríguez serves as the Production Director for HIJOS DE SALVADOR RODRIGUEZ S. A. (Quesos El Pastor), a major Spanish cheese manufacturer. As part of the second generation of the founding family, he oversees the production of a company that has grown from a small artisanal operation to an international exporter.

His professional interests extend to the broader dairy industry, with a focus on global market leaders like Fonterra. He also shows an interest in maintaining high-quality output, as indicated by his attention to organizations like AENOR, the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification.

José is part of the familys second generation that has scaled the companys production to 17, 000 tons annually, exporting to 89 countries.
