Joseph Tramer is an award-winning Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Surgeon at Cleveland Clinic, where he also serves as the Associate Program Director for the Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship. A University of Michigan alumnus, he specializes in the operative and nonoperative treatment of knee, shoulder, and elbow injuries for athletes and active individuals.
Originally from Northeast Ohio, Dr. Tramer is an avid runner who enjoys being outdoors. He currently resides in the Cleveland area with his wife and their two sons, with whom he spends most of his free time.
He led a published study on the successful return to golf for patients following total knee replacement surgery.
