Joy Foley is a licensed Professional Engineer at Knight Piesold in Denver, specializing in geotechnical applications. A graduate of Colorado State University and the Colorado School of Mines, she has expertise in seepage and stability analysis for open pit walls and tailings structures. She recently served on the organizing committee for the international Slope Stability 2024 symposium.
