Julie Cassity

Julie Cassity is the Music Therapy Clinical Director and an Instructor at Drury University. A Board-Certified Music Therapist with a Master of Music Therapy, she has extensive clinical experience with diverse populations, from early childhood to hospice care, and presents her work at national conferences.

She is deeply invested in student development, serving as the faculty advisor for Drurys student chapter of the American Music Therapy Association. Her professional interests include advancements in higher education and psychology, reflecting a commitment to both academic and therapeutic excellence in her field.

Julie recently spearheaded an important partnership with Terrace Home Health and Hospice to enhance patient care.
