Julie Flanagan

Julie Flanagan serves as the Claims and Debt Recovery Manager at United Utilities, where she focuses on managing customer accounts. Her professional interests include implementing programs that provide additional support to vulnerable customers. She attended St Josephs R C High School in Widnes.

Outside of her primary role, Julie is passionate about social mobility and giving back to the community. She is an active mentor with upReach, an organization dedicated to helping students from less-advantaged backgrounds launch their careers, an involvement she is proud of.
